Tinopal® is characterized by excellent heat resistance, exceptional bleaching properties, good lightfastness and low volatility.

It has a brilliant blue cast, dissolves well in organic solvents and has good compatibility with various base substances. Tinopal® is highly effective in polymer substrates, such as engineering plastics such as polyester, polycarbonate, polyamides, acrylic paints, thermoplastic polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyolefins, adhesives and other organic base materials. The most important areas of application include fibers, molded parts, films and film webs.
