We offer a wide range of products, which are intended to be used in food fortification/application. We are pleased to serve the food industry with a variety of vitamins, carotenoids, functional ingredients and omega-3 fatty acids. These food application ingredients can be used in either liquid or solid form in foodstuffs such as staple-enriched cereals, dairy products like yogurt drinks, infant and child nutrition products, spreads, dressings and desserts, as well as ready-to-eat meals and snacks. For bakery products we offer whipping agents, aerating emulsifiers and bakery enzymes in addition.
Our widespread portfolio is complemented by our plant sterols and sterol esters that lower cholesterol in a safe and natural way and can be used e.g. in margarine.
Also for beverages we offer different vitamins, notably carotenoids, omega-3 fatty acids, natural lutein esters, and conjugated linoleic acids for their fortification. Therewith the beverages get enriched with a well-being experience that consumers will enjoy. For colouring beverages we offer nutritionally valuable, natural and nature-identical carotenoids. All our ingredients can be used in multivitamin/ACE drinks, carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, enhanced waters, or drinks targeting wellness, health, performance and beauty.
Further we offer polymers that are used in the beer and wine production for filtration and stabilization purposes or to reduce the bitterness of tea.Another range of vitamins, carotenoids, omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acids are offered to the dietary supplements industry. Our oily-grade and powder-grade products are suitable for all applications, i.e. multivitamins, single- and mixed-component tablets, hard and soft capsules, as well as liquid-type supplements or novel types of supplements like sachets. Our direct compressible vitamins display excellent properties for use in the tableting process: high flowability, low dusting, proper bulk density, excellent compactability, and quick release of active ingredients.
