Aromatic isocyanates for foam applications:

Two essential isocyanates for the foam industry include methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI). Both are important raw materials for the production of polyurethane, polyisocyanurate, polyamide imide for a wide range of applications, from foams and insulation foams to thermoplastics. Oliver Kowald joined BTC Europe on 01.01.2019 as Account Manager Dispersions for Adhesives & Construction. He is responsible for the sales of products for the construction industry, asphalt as well as adhesives for various applications. He has been working in the chemical industry since 2004 and more than 10 years at BASF. He gained experience in the production of basic raw materials as well as in the application technology of 2K polyurethanes. As a sales representative he is usually on the road a lot and sees a lot of the world, so pure beach vacations are not his cup of tea.
